We implement projects with business-critical data and legal support.
Tasks: preparation and approval of contracts (purchase and sale, lease, services, restructuring), work with notaries, maintaining registers and document flow, support of registration and corporate changes (LLC, EDRPOU, KVED), obtaining documents from state registers.
Requirements: higher legal education, knowledge of Ukrainian legislation (civil, commercial, administrative law, NBU acts), attention to detail, experience working with contracts and a large volume of documents.
